New Endourology Workshop in Bilbao with Andras Hoznec. April 2010 - //

On April 29 and 30 the 4th International Workshop in Endourology took place in the Galdakao Usansolo Hospital conducted by Gaspar Ibarluzea from Urologia Clinica Bilbao and chairman of the Urologic Department of the Hospital.

Four challenging endourological procedures were performed with the techniques developed in Galdakao, working always in supine, with the Galdakao Modified Supine Valdivia (GMSV) position, for Endoscopic Combined Intrarrenal Surgery (ECIRS).

Andras Hoznec from the Hospital Henri Mondor in Creteil, France, came to share his knowledge with us. This Hungarian urologist, working in Paris for many years, is the last winner of the Best Video in the Congress of the European Association of Urology.

Dr. Marco Vilches from Monterrey, Mexico. Dr. Laia Sos, from Fundació Puigvert, Barcelona, and some residents from several hospitals of the Basque Country were present.
